Investments in RES and their financing
We would like to invite you to a lecture by Adam Koscielniak, Managing Partner of A-RES, under the title "Investments in RES and their financing". The talk will take place on May 17, the second day of EXPOPOWER 2023, from 14:15 to 15:00, on the stage in MTP Pavilion 8.
Adam Koscielniak is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland dealing with the renewable energy field. During the speech, he will discuss, among other topics, the current opportunities for investment and financing of RES, as well as planned changes and trends in this sphere. The audience will have the opportunity to hear about, among other things, the impact of price caps on investor activity and the financing process. We also encourage the exchange of personal experiences and insights in private conversations after the lecture.
Adam Kościelniak
Adam Koscielniak is one of the most experienced financial and transactional advisors in Poland dealing with the area of renewable energy. He is the Founder and Managing Partner of A-RES. He has many years of experience in professional advisory with international firms EY and PwC. Adam has supported clients in the areas of M&A transactions, raising bank financing, business valuations and building financial models. Most recently, he served as Deputy Director at PwC, in a team specializing in Renewable Energy and Infrastructure Investments. He advised on transactions involving the acquisition of financing and the purchase/sale of photovoltaic and wind farms amounting to more than PLN 4 billion and a total capacity of more than 1 GW. The territorial scope of advice was focused not only on Poland, but also on projects in the region of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He is currently a doctoral student at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, PRC, majoring in finance. He is also a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Lodz. He is currently finishing obtaining international financial and investment certifications: ACCA and CFA ESG Investing. He actively participates, including as a speaker, in events related to the energy, infrastructure and investment industries. He has also been an active stock market investor since 2011.
